THE OLYMPIC EXPERIENCE
Join LIT7s this February for its 4th rugby sevens camp in the United States – an exclusive three-day rugby 7s training camp at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California, for a rugby 7s training experience like no other with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to train and live like an Olympian at the home of USA 7s National Team with Olympians and USA Rugby coaches.
Our legendary coaches include some of the most well known rugby players and coaches in the world today led by Head Coach, Perry Baker (3 x Olympian and two-time World Rugby Sevens Player of the Year). See full coaching list below.
Over the course of the camp, you will experience an elite training environment including fitness testing and technical skill sessions whilst having a lot of fun with your fellow players and our world-class coaches.
On Friday you will hear from some of rugby’s most prestigious guest speakers and a panel session with all of our coaches with an opportunity for YOU to ask any questions that you may have. The panel will specifically cover player pathway opportunities for men and women in the USA as well as useful advice from our coaches on different topics.
All players will receive a tank top, shorts, photos with our superstar coaches and lunch on both days of the camp.
Players 12+ welcome including Adult Men, Adult Women, Youth Boys and Youth Girls. No rugby beginners please.
There are VERY limited places available so please register ASAP to avoid disappointment! Our last three camp sold out so make sure you don’t miss out. Early bird discount available until 15th January 2026.
