Join LIT7s this November for its third rugby sevens camp in the United States – an exclusive three-day rugby 7s training camp at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, for a rugby 7s training experience like no other with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to train with Olympians and USA Rugby coaches.
Over the course of the camp, you will experience an elite training environment including fitness testing and technical skill sessions whilst having a lot of fun meeting players from all over the US and abroad.
We pride ourselves on providing the very best player experience and all players will receive personal feedback from our coaches with useful and practical take-home advice to improve their game.
Players 13+ welcome including Adult Men, Adult Women, Youth Boys and Youth Girls. No rugby beginners please.
There are VERY limited places available so please register ASAP to avoid disappointment!

Accommodation Options
Accommodation is not included in the $450 Registration Fee, but there are two options for on-site accommodation:
(1) Villa Option – Limited spaces are available for on-site accommodation in the Academy Park Villas on Friday and Saturday. You will share a Villa with 5 other campers & stay next door to your Olympic coaches – walking distance from the cafeteria and the camp pitches!
(2) Legacy Hotel – After registering you will receive a link that gives you 10% off for the hotel, which is located on-site at IMG.
Transportation
IMG is conveniently only a 15 minute drive from Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), so we recommend that campers take a taxi / Uber / pre-booked shuttle to reach IMG.

Additional Food Options
All players will be provided with lunch on Saturday and Sunday, but optional breakfast and dinner are also available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This could be a convenient option if you are staying on-site at a Villa or at the Hotel. This package includes:
- Friday – Dinner
- Saturday – Breakfast & Dinner (lunch already provided)
- Sunday – Breakfast (lunch already provided)
PLEASE NOTE: There is also an option to dine on-site at the hotel restaurant.

DAY 1 (FRIDAY): Registration, Introduction, Venue Tour & Panel Talks
- Arrival from 3:00 PM: Registration & Kit Collection
- 5:00 PM: Venue Tour (Optional)
- 6:00 PM: Dinner (Optional)
- 7:00 PM: Official Camp Kick Off, Speakers & Panel Talk at Hotel including:
- Josh Schnell, USA Men’s Olympic Rugby Head of Physical Performance
- Irene Gardner, USA Women’s Pathway Head Coach
- Panel Session with Perry Baker, Naya Tapper, Kelly Griffin and JK Anderson
- Finish at 9:00 PM
DAY 2 (SATURDAY): Skills, Speed and Game Fundamentals
- Arrival at 8:30 AM to pitch for Introductions & Photos
- Connection Session (dynamic stretching, mobility, light handling)
- Session 1: Speed and Fitness
- Session 2: Core Sevens Skills
- Group Lunch in the IMG Academy Food Hall
- Session 3: Specific Drills-Decision making attack
- Session 4: Flag X – Tactical Awareness & Game Simulation
- Cool down & stretching
- Group Debrief
- Finish at 5:00 PM
Day 3 (SUNDAY): Advanced Sevens Tactics & Game Simulation
- Arrival at 9:00AM to pitch (note: on site campers must leave belongings in hotel before training)
- Warm Up / Activation / Ball Handling
- Session 1: 1 v 1 Tackling, Ruck Technique, Speed of Possession
- Session 2: Set Piece Technique
- Session 3: Full Field Sevens Simulation
- Recovery & Group Lunch in the IMG Academy Food Hall
- Warm Up & Skills Refresh
- Session 4: Full Field Sevens Simulation
- Cool Down & Group Debrief
- Q&A Session, Closing Remarks, Camp Awards
- Finish at 5:00 PM
